Haki unlocks, progression, and route notes.
There are three Haki types in Sailor Piece: Armament, Observation, and Conqueror.
Armament Haki is your direct damage layer, Observation Haki is your dodge layer, and Conqueror Haki is your late-game passive plus active burst layer.
Armament Haki is consistently published at +25% base damage with +0.5% damage per level, while Observation Haki is consistently published at 5 starting dodges and +1 dodge every 10 levels up to 10 dodges.

Armament Haki
Adds a direct damage buff to your current build. Starts at +25% damage and gains +0.5% damage per level. The common settled ladder is about +62.5% at level 75, while newer endgame paths push it further if your server build supports higher levels. Press G to toggle it on and off.

Conqueror Haki
Adds a passive damage increase and can also release a nearby AoE burst. Treat Conqueror as gaining +1% damage per level. The exact final cap is still not locked, but current player tracking points to it likely ending somewhere around level 40 or 50. Press J to trigger the Conqueror blast, or enable automatic use in Settings if your server build supports it.
