Ice Queen is the canonical Sea 1 frost endgame blade. The fight is a single boss - Frost Empress - gated behind the Boss Island unlock.
You need the Frost Empress title to actually equip the sword. The title rolls from the same fight on a separate table.

- Pity at 200. Title and sword roll independently - pity counters do not share.
- Empress arena freezes movement every 18s - bring fire-element resist or a dash relic.
- Public servers are usually fine. Title hunters sometimes lobby-camp, kick to private if it gets crowded.
- Pair with Frost Bloodline if you have it - passive 8% frost damage and a 15% mitigation against the Empress's freeze tick.
